Meet (some of) the Coworking Members

We’re proud & grateful to host so many talented practitioners, service providers, and remote workers under one roof.

This group aims to be inclusive, diverse, and multigenerational.

Not all members are listed below, but we typically have about 15-18 members at a time, and they do not all work together or use The Space daily.

We welcome new members and would love to meet you!

The Space is open 7 days a week, 24/7, to our coworking members!

Becky Haderer (she/her)
Founder/ Therapist/Reiki Practitioner

Becky is the founder of The Space, a mom to three teenage boys, and dog mom to Ruby Moon, her only “girl.”

She’s also an LLMSW/mental health therapist and Reiki Master. After spending years working in wellness and energy work, Becky’s path eventually led her to social work and therapy. She loves the intersection of the two and believes healing doesn’t have to be complicated or look the same for everyone.

Since opening The Space in 2021, Becky has loved creating a place where women+ people can come to work, connect, take a breath, and just be themselves. She sees clients for both therapy and Reiki sessions at GR Therapy Collective

When Caitlin moved to Grand Rapids in 2025, she went looking for a women's community that felt like home. She kept coming up empty, so she built one.

sheSINK is for the women who tend to get left out of the usual community spaces: single-income and childfree, childless, and empty-nester women in West Michigan looking for real friendship and belonging.

She's a systems thinker with a soft spot for warm rooms, honest conversations, and "why not?" as an operating principle.

When she's not building and operating sheSINK, you'll find her singing with the Grand Rapids Women's Chorus or journaling at a local coffee shop. She's a proud dog mom to Lucy and Blu, and a fervent supporter of every women-owned business in West Michigan she can find.

There are two types of people in the world: those who settle for "fine" — and those who thrive. Adrianna Berlin is the second type.

That belief runs through everything she does. ThriveHomesGR.com — helping buyers and sellers find the right home in the right neighborhood, because where you live changes everything. ThriveCollectiveGR.com — a monthly community for women and all who identify as women to connect, learn, and actually flourish. ThroughTheBrainFog.com — merch for those of us fresh out of Fs. No apologies.

When she's not reading romantasy or connecting with community, she's watching her favorite movie with her husband — the neverending story of their three sons. It makes her laugh, cry, and swell with pride — often within every day's opening scene.

Her mantra: bias towards action. If you're stuck in the wrong house, the wrong friendships, or the wrong books — reach out. She loves talking about the what next of life
